I would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone who feels hopeless with their tax debt. I've been there. I had big tax problems. Problems that I had tried to solve by contacting two very large "tax help" firms. The first firm took almost ten thousand dollars of my money, then submitted an offer ...in compromise (OIC) that (I believe) they knew would be rejected. The second told me that an OIC was not a possibility for me and attempted to set me up on an outrageous payment plan (that I couldn't afford). So, I found myself in the same hopeless situation, only now about 12 grand more in debt. I was still getting threatening calls and mail from the IRS. I had no hope and nowhere to turn for advice or assistance. In comes Calvary! A friend told me to contact Heather. Immediately upon hearing my case and my struggles, I was met with empathy and confidence that I had not seen before. Heather was very professional and confident that we would solve this problem and come away with the best solution for me. She reviewed all of my information and advised me (again, with confidence) that we could submit an OIC and it would have a good chance of being approved. I would like to say I was skeptical at this time, but honestly, she made me feel very comfortable with her capabilities. Heather immediately stopped the harassing phone calls and threatening mail. She prepared all of the documentation and assisted me with every step of the process. Heather always answered or returned my calls and emails in a timely manner and always knew the answers to my (sometimes stupid) questions. When I called or emailed, Heather responded; not an assistant or secretary. Heather stayed in contact with me (and more importantly, the IRS) during the entire process. I received a call yesterday, from Heather, telling me that my offer in compromise was approved!! I'll be done with this situation and moving on with my life very soon....thanks to Heather!
