A few years ago I was unemployed and had a tax debt from withdrawing money from my 401K to survive. Then just before Christmas, the IRS took all of the funds in my bank account. When the State of California contacted me last fall to get on a payment plan since I was employed, I went to another attorney for assistance. That individual decided on their own to contact the IRS to check my status. That was like waking a sleeping giant. Now I had both agencies wanting to set up payment plans. It was then that I found out where Heather was working at and contacted her. I ended my relationship with the other attorney.
