I help people just like you solve their legal problems. What that means depends on each person's situation. When people come to me, they are facing a situation they aren’t sure how to deal with. They have questions and are looking for answers.
I look at the situation and figure out how I can help. And when they hire me, I get to work! Again, I help people solve their legal problems.
In terms of the big picture, I help them kick debt collectors to the curb. I also help them untie the knot. And I help them move from this world to the next.
Some specific ways I can help you:
- Help you through the bankruptcy process when your debt is too much for you to deal with anymore.
- Help you through the divorce process.
- Execute an estate plan (a Will or a Trust (or both)) so when your time on this earth ends, those left behind can have some semblance of order in a trying situation.
Sometimes I help by preparing documents in my office. Other times it means a lawsuit. It could mean taking a case to trial. It could mean taking a case to the Court of Appeals or even the Supreme Court.
Good results can usually be obtained with persistence and knowing what you’re doing. Whether that is preparing documents in my office or knowing the law and being able to ride out the ups and downs of a court case, I can help people solve their legal problems.
