I cannot say enough good things about Ms. London. I am unfortunately involved in one of "those cases:" a high conflict post-settlement situation, where parenting time has been a consistent issue and (I am the custodial parent). Ms. London has been a consistent and stable resource through this time. S...he is pragmatic, brilliant and keeps her cool, even in situations where emotions run high. My ex has had four attorneys during this time, and she has "out-lawyered" every one, largely due to her tireless preparation and attention to detail. She is always thinking two steps ahead and has the didactic knowledge of case law to do so. I am also always grateful that she is attentive to costs as mine have been astronomical. I have recommended her to people I know who are in need of a family law attorney. I am not someone who gives recommendations lightly. I continue to use her as my case continues.

I was frustrated in working with Kym on three fronts. 1) Cost 2) Explanations 3) Timelines. 1) I had a very straightforward matter to address, and she quotes me an amount, but given that she charges hourly and not on retainer, my final cost was nearly double. 2) Although the issue was straightforwa...rd to a lawyer, it was not something I could navigate on my own. I felt that Kym gave insufficient explanations of what was needed, unless pressed. When pressed, she would answer my questions fully, but I expected this to be part of the process, as its why I hired her. 3) The process took a lot longer than I expected or thought was necessary. Some of this is of course the nature of the beast, and I understand she has other clients, but this was a matter I wanted resolved quickly. That said, Kym was honest and fair, clear when she gave explanations, and the job got done. Interacting with her office staff was always easy and pleasant.

I am so blessed to have found Mrs. London as my lawyer. She was such an amazing advocate for my son and myself that I couldn't image choosing another lawyer. She is caring, honest, extremely smart, fair, and most importantly she is understanding of her clients needs and wishes. I am so happy to ha...ve Kym in my life and would highly recommend her to any one looking for a lawyer!
