This guy is a thief and a fraud

I hired him to sue aapd, uofm and HVA after these entities kidnapped and imprisoned me for sleeping in my car. I provided him a open and shut case of extreme civil rights violations due to false police reports and incompetence by uofm and hva. At the time i hired him i he promised results as it was... a open and shut case. Two years later he had done nothing i had paid him for. I went months without any response from him after i kept trying to find out what he was doing with my case. In the end i asked for my money back and he said he would refund my money. One week later he went mental again and refused to refund my money. Make sure to research this criminal and DO NOT give him any money.

Just because you did it... Doesnt mean your guilty.

Matt is an amazing attorney. I was being charged with an armed robbery of a business and i was 4th habitual. My first attorney told me i was looking at life and would get 10 years minimum. When i got matt there was a totally different outlook. He said i shouldnt go to prison over this... So i started... wishing that maybe i could get a year in jail. Well at the end of it guess what happened??? ( by the way matt got me a bond as soon as i hired him)i was given probation, no jail time. With someone with a record like mine thats impossible. What he did as an attorney was to make miracles happen. If you need someone on YOUR side... You need matt.

Great to work with!

I contacted Matt Chaiken on very short notice. I was unexpectedly hit with a very serious legal matter. Matt was very pleasant and when asked to take my case, he took it without a second thought. Although, I'm still currently fighting for my innocence, I'm very confident that Matt Chaiken will do hi...s very best to prove just that! I thank you Matt, for your understanding and your unselfish willingness to help me and other's as well!

Great work

Initially I wasn't going to hire an attorney for my DUI case but I'm glad I went with Mr. Chaiken. My situation came out considerably better, now I'm able to continue working/driving and being productive.

Unlike any lawyer I had before.

I came to Matt Chaiken with a very worrisome problem. He not only took care of everything without my involvement but also kept me informed and feeling better about the whole thing every day. I was able to reach him at night which was amazing. I have never had a previous lawyer act like this. I will u...se Matt for everything in the future.
