Rude and Unprofessional
Mr. Smith mischaracterized my case, offered no useful information, and was rude and sarcastic. His bizarre "advice" was essentially a scolding and it was clear that he either did not read or did not understand what I wrote. Replied last November 22, 2020Please note that although Walter states he consulted with me as a potential client, there was no consultation. Rather, he asked a question on Avvo and did not like the fact that I responded by urging him to honor his mother's stated wishes and move out of her house rather than forcing her to evict him. I stand by the recommendation, but it was not what Walter wanted to hear.

Great Attorney

Good advice
He responded right away and gave me great advice I would like to hire him I think he would do a hell of a job on my case it's hard to find a lawyer to take a malpractice law suits and I have been trying since last summer to find a lawyer about my case
