Mr. Smith came highly recommended to us though both personal and professional sources. We couldn't have been happier that we chose him as our attorney. He helped my mother and I through the process of writing up durable and medical powers of attorney in addition to writing up a will for her. He went out of his way to accommodate her being in a hospital by coming right to us. He couldn't have been more patient when explaining things to my mother. He seemed very knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. Not only was he Knowledgeable and accommodating but he was very cheerful and friendly; a pleasure to work with. I have known Brook for almost 20 years, and required his legal assistance for several diverse situations. Most notably, Brook helped me through the very complex process of purchasing a fully functional turnkey Hardware Store several years ago. Mr. Smith mischaracterized my case, offered no useful information, and was rude and sarcastic. His bizarre "advice" was essentially a scolding and it was clear that he either did not read or did not understand what I wrote. If I was unclear he could have simply asked clarifying questions, but he did not.
