I had the opportunity to work with Randa. She is a learned, experience and very responsible person. She organized my I-485 in a timely manner. We had a situation where we had to file I485 in a week. I understand, she had to handle lots of case; however, she handled it very professionally and cordiall...y. We were able to arrange all docs; and she was able to quickly review and check this, and sent it to USCIS. She showed her experience when I was thinking that submitting as much as document is better. She had a different stand, she only submitted necessary documents which enhanced my probabilty of quickly gettinng the desired green card.
