I hired this firm for my employment-based green card process, and my experience differed substantially between the two stages. The I-140 stage was handled well. When we received an RFE, the response was thorough, well organized, and clearly the product of genuine expertise. Based on that stage alo...ne, I would have rated the firm highly. The I-485 stage was a different matter. Communication became slow and inconsistent, and there were extended periods, including time when my attorney was on vacation, when I could not get a timely answer to straightforward procedural questions. I ended up relying on friends who had been through the same process to understand documentation requirements and timelines that I had expected the firm to explain. My case was ultimately approved, so the underlying work was sound. But the responsiveness and client communication during the adjustment of status fell short of what I was paying for.
