Robert Alex Piraino

I have had numerous lawyers in the past, and I have to say Robert Piraino has been the best of the best. Previously, the majority of my lawyers did not feel dependable. Some would not return phone calls or emails. I felt as if I had to "chase" my lawyer. This is absolutely not the case with Rob...ert Piraino. To me, communication is key, and Robert would provide me with updates constantly; even daily if needed. At no point did I feel abandoned or even worried. Robert is fresh out of law school, which in my opinion is a major plus; it is like watching a college sports team versus a professional team; the college athletes are hungry and eager, whereas the pros performance can often appear lackluster. I am also a young business professional and I understand the need for young professionals to overachieve in industries that are often dominated by our elders in effort to earn respect, and Robert absolutely has every bit of my respect. A few months ago I found Robert and a different lawyer through Avvo. I sent them both emails on the same night. I heard back from Robert almost immediately. To this date I still have yet to get a reply from the other lawyer... I sure am glad they didn't contact me, I can't imagine what kind of nightmare that would have been! Roberts correspondence has always been upbeat, cheerful and friendly yet 110% professional. Other lawyers I have worked with seemed hurried to rush me off the phone and left me feeling like I was a burden. Robert is a very good listener, very calm and has a welcoming personality that almost immediately makes you feel secure and like "part of the family". In the past I have dealt with legal representation that has been so "cold" that I would have anxiety over calling them. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Roberts father, also named Robert (who is also a lawyer). It is great to see such a close-knit family who truly cares about their clients as people, not as dollar signs. I wish I could end this review by saying "Robert won me 2 million!" because that sounds awesome, but the truth is, Robert thoroughly reviewed my case and, TOGETHER, we determined that proceeding through the court process was simply not worth it (although Robert was absolutely ready to go to war for me if that was truly my decision!) The fact that Robert was so honest about the pros and cons of perusing of the situation really made me happy. Many other lawyers would likely encourage you to file claims and such just so that can make more money (yes, I have dealt with this personally, unfortunately). It is quite refreshing to meet someone so honest; truly an "honest lawyer". Ok, so I know what everyone reading this review is wondering; the same thing I used to wonder, "What does he charge???" - heres the answer... I own a womens clothing store, and my advice to you about Robert is the same thing I tell my personal customers about my products: "We are not the cheapest, yet we are absolutely not the most expensive; you do truly get what you pay for; always pay for quality because it makes a difference in the end. " In this case, I am sure there are "cheaper" lawyers... In fact, they probably represented me because, pre-Robert, I thought I wanted a "budget lawyer", but the budget legal reps are the ones who you cannot get a hold of, have to hunt down, turn in paperwork to the court that is loaded with date errors, numeric errors and even tremendous amounts of spelling errors. I strongly encourage you to weigh the small financial difference and compare it to the overall case. I am convinced that what my "budget lawyer" took 8 MONTHS to do, Robert could have done in two weeks; THINK ABOUT THAT... just because the budget lawyer charges less, IF THEY WORK SLOWLY you will actually pay FAR MORE. I would absolutely, positively refer Robert to anyone and everyone.
