Trustworthy, Honest, Hardworking
Paul has handled quite a few things for me over the years, and I've gladly referred ALL my friends and family to him. I've definitely lost count of how many "Thanks for giving me Paul's info" replies I've gotten. He has always taken care of me, and my friends and family. Even when he's got a massive caseload he's not too busy to answer a simple txt regarding anything legal matter. Highly recommended!

Excellent Attorney
I have used his services for 7 years. I had one of the worst tenants and he helped me handle the ensuing problems effectively and efficiently. There is no better attorney for tenant /lease law than Mr. Zalewski.

Paul literally saved my life
I was a foreigner charged with misdemeanor in the city of Detroit. If found guilty, I could lose my visa status and be deported. I have talked with a few lawyers before Paul, but none gave me the confidence of defending my charge. The first time Paul and I talked over the phone, I knew he was the lawyer I was seeking as he patiently went through the possible outcomes and explained how he was going to defend me accordingly. His response was always prompt, even on the weekend. Eventually, my case was dismissed and he literally saved my American dream. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a professional, reliable, and experienced lawyer.

Criminal Defense at its best!
I was charged in Highland Park MI with Offer to Engage/Solicitation for Prostitution. I made a poor decision and stopped to talk with an attractive woman that turned out to be a decoy undercover police officer. I was arrested my vehicle impounded and my money confiscated. I am active duty military, an arrest of this nature can have devastating consequences for my career. Needless to say I began to search for a lawyer to fight the charges and save my career. While researching the charge I came across Paul. I gave him a call and from our very first conversation I knew that I found the right lawyer. I contacted Paul on a Sunday and by Monday my arraignment appearance was waved. This was a relief due to the fact that I don't live in Detroit and would have had to drive from out of state to appear. It took about a month for my actual pre-trial court date. Throughout this very stressful time period Paul kept in contact with me and ensured me that my case was a priority. I knew that Paul could make no promises however his attitude and confidence during our conversations reassured me that I had the best chance with Paul on my team. My Pre-trial court date arrived and I appeared in court. I arrived early and waited nervously for Paul to arrive. Paul entered the courtroom we met face to face for the first time then he got to work. I could tell immediately that Paul had an outstanding rapport with the prosecutor and a commanding presence. Following a conversation with the prosecutor and the judge Paul motioned for me to speak with him outside the courtroom. When he told me that my charge was reduced and would be dismissed upon payment of court costs and fees I could have kissed him but hugged him instead. It was almost surreal that this was finally over. I put my career and livelihood in jeopardy and Paul saved me. I thank God for Paul and I am forever in his debt. If you have made a mistake and need someone to make it right your best chance is with Paul Zalewski.

Wonderful lawyer that delivered results, highly recommended
I was referred to Mr. Paul Zalewski by friends and family for representation in a business civil lawsuit . I met with other attorneys prior that were unimpressive. Within 10 minutes I knew I found the right lawyer. He was knowledgable, personable and instantly made me feel at ease. Everything he predicted would happen in our lawsuit came to be, and I never felt mislead or was given a false sense of reality. Although I am not frequently in lawsuits or accustomed to being sued, I have used other lawyers before and this is the first time I felt like I had the best attorney I could have found. Courtroom manner and appearance - extremely impressive, polished, and sharply dressed.. Negotiation skills - remarkable and persuasive. I remember sitting in court and after our hearing was done and heard someone in the audience comment on how good that lawyer was, referring to Mr. Zalewski. They were correct. This gentleman literally took charge of the courtroom when he spoke, and the results of what I thought was a dire and hopeless situation changed when he was done speaking, and the judge ruled favorably which led to a favorable settlement. When he asked if I would give him a review, I felt like it was the least I can do. I honestly believe that I would have had a $100,000 swing for the worse if it wasn't for him. Here is the real hook-he's fees were reasonable. I hope I never need to call an attorney again but if so I'm making one call, and that's to Paul.

Honest attorney that fought to defend my rights!
This attorney came HIGHLY recommended from a number of my friends. Paul Zalewski, and his partners, all worked on my case together and found a constitutional challenge to get my criminal case dismissed entirely! The whole law firm was wonderful, and Paul is one of the sharpest most intelligent people I have ever met. He was in court with me personally every time and always answered my phone calls. I haven't had to use attorneys a lot, but from the horror stories I hear from other people, I am glad I went with this law firm.
