I made an appointment to meet with this guy at 5:30 pm, which was very accommodating. However, when I arrived early there was another individual waiting to see him at 5:30, then another person showed up who also had a 5:30 appointment with Christopher Aiello. We were all pretty disgusted by that. Af...ter my consultation with this guy I felt nasty. This guy is like a high-pressure salesperson! He didn’t even look me in the eyes when he shook my hand. His fast paced dialogue seemed so insincere and scripted.

when he was hired he said he would have no problem getting information if daughter was HIV positive as a result of mother testing positive at time of daughters birth.... he told me as he was taking my retainer that the father has a right to know such information... I had test done when finding out th...is information and am not positive .... how would you feel if you were subjected to the risk of a deadly infection by a person who knew they were infected yet did not inform you?... I was furious then and even more furious when an attorney takes money and says he can get results yet does nothing...

After spending the time reviewing the file and signing an agreement with Mr. Aiello, his assistant charged 30+ hours to review my file then he charged another 30+ hours to review the file again. When he took the case he was made aware of the fact that the mother was to provide health insurance for ...daughter per the Friends of Court meeting. He was also presented with the documentation of my declining the use of the mother's psychologist for family counseling. Before I knew it, I was being held in contempt for no insurance and refusing to see said psychologist. Mr. Aiello did not attend the Friend of Court meeting to review said charges.
