I hired them as a criminal defense attorney. Paid him $5000 up front. After nothing happened in a year I asked him for a partial refund he told me he did a lot of work that I didn’t know about and I would never hear anymore about it. He never did anything because after another 6 months I was arrested... and taken to jail. He then had the nerve to ask me for another $5000 saying the case is more complicated. I reused to give him any more. Fortunately Arron was handing my case and it was settled 1 month later. Arron was very good and honest. But if you deal with Chris you are in trouble.

Never met me before my case, went into court not knowing anything about the situation. Pressured me into paying him $1500 over the phone from out of state using fear of losing my son. billed me for 2 hours he did not work for me and told me he had to go to another floor to attend to "other business...". He spoke badly of me to other attorneys in an email, stating that "she cant control herself. Who knows what she will do next" when I decided to reconcile with my husband (he was mad that I fired him). Showed up in court even after I made it clear he was no longer my lawyer.

in an effort to establish a meaningful relationship with my daughter in Michigan, it sort of required me to live there and hire an attorney from that area. Mr. Christopher Aiello talks a good game and pretends to have knowledge of the law, but melts away when challenged. Daughter's mother insisted o...n family counseling, so after several sessions with the court ordered service, she now wants to use her personal psychologist she had been seeing for quite a while. Dr. H does not accept insurance and she wants me to pay for it and I never did get the reason she was going. Drawing the line in the sand, I told Mr. Chris Aiello that we would finish the family counseling with the court first. Before I knew it, Mr. Aiello agreed to her wishes. I dug my feet in and refused, held in contempt and jailed. I never got any feedback or recommendations from Dr. H, and was sort of confused because my daughter and her mother lived with the grandmother in the old homestead, yet the grandmother was never involved with the sessions. My daughter actually spent more waking time with the grandmother than the mother...the mother worked at night as a hotel clerk, so daughter only saw her on days off..

I am currently using this guy. I knew nothing about divorce and hired him blindly. He was quick to ask for my money and then never returned calls, never did anything really and I am trying to figure out what I need to do next. The last time I called him, I explained my situation and he literally said... "what do you want me to do next". He is the lawyer, shouldn;t he be telling me what to do next? He is absolutely a joke of a lawyer, should be investigated for fraudulently "defending" people and disbarred.
