I have know Mr Gaggos for more than ten years. I have sought his sage counsel and guidance many times. My wife and I hired Bill Gaggos to prepare two trusts for us. We are very satisfied with the trusts he designed and developed. He started us off with two of his publications which explained the process and described how trusts work. We met with Bill, who is very personable, and explained our nee...ds. He prepared our documents, explained them in detail for us, and even prepared several other documents which we hadn't thought of but are of great value to us. Each document is unique to our situation. Bill did not use boilerplate paragraphs taken from other documents. He is exceptionally creative. Bill is also excellent at explaining everything in simple straightforward language and is easy to understand. Another attorney reviewed our land trust as it pertained to out of state property and commented that our trust was one of the best drafted ones he had ever seen. This unsolicited feedback from another attorney was enough to convince us that we made the right decision in hiring Bill. Bill’s fees were reasonable and he was always available to answer our questions and talk with us on a timely basis (very important to my wife and I). I have since recommended Bill to several friends and would not hesitate to recommend Bill to anyone!

Mr. Gaggos was professional to the 10th degree. He advised us on the needs of our aged father and is now walking us through our own estate planning. He listened attentively to our needs and concerns and advised us on the best way to accomplish our goals. He didn't push us but was very specific in ma...king us aware of consequences that we weren't aware of and their impact on our goals. Without a doubt, Bill Gaggos is our attorney of choice, and we have worked with many attorneys through our lifetime of owning rental properties and selling real estate professionally.
