Trevor has experience litigating cases in both State and Federal Court. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Recently, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit decided Joshua Clay v. Emmi, et al., a case on which Trevor worked extensively and the Court ruled in favor of his client.

Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., you can usually find Trevor at the Oakland County Law Library volunteering for the Common Ground Legal Aid Clinic. There he provides legal advice to low-income families with regards to housing/tenant issues, debt collection, bankruptcy, and family law.

Outside of work Trevor enjoys spending time with family. He lives in Ferndale, Michigan with his wife, Brianna, and daughter, Helen. He also enjoys music, movies, good food, skateboarding, soccer, running, and any other activity that takes me outdoors.
