Michael helped to go through the I-140 filing process for my NIW application. Few things to note: 1) His advice was very clear and helpful, which made the process of preparing the document package much easier for me. 2) He was transparent about the filing process and I felt that he acts in my best ...interests. For example, when I asked about the premium processing option, he advised against that, citing typical response periods and explaining that premium processing does not confer much benefits (in my case). Sure enough, I got my I-140 approved quite promptly, within the period Michael mentioned and saved money on the premium processing. 3) He was was quick to respond whenever I had issues or additional requests. I signed the contract with Michael on 8/11/2023 and he is able to send my NIW petition package on 9/8/2023 and got approval on 9/14/2023 without any RFE! Michael always respond my message in two hours and prepare my case carefully.
