Few things to note: 1) His advice was very clear and helpful, which made the process of preparing the document package much easier for me. 2) He was transparent about the filing process and I felt that he acts in my best ...interests. For example, when I asked about the premium processing option, he advised against that, citing typical response periods and explaining that premium processing does not confer much benefits (in my case).
