Ms. Fish and her assistant Lydia were exceptional in getting us organized and completing the requisite forms for our ultimately successful immigration applications.

Highly Recommend

Initially, when starting the whole immigration process, we tried to do it ourselves soon to figure out we needed some help with the process as it was more complicated than it seemed from the start. I had many different consultations with different lawyers regarding this process, and to be quite hones...t, they were not what we were looking for whatsoever and had charged us a large amount of money which we could not afford on top of just not being treated well. I was recommended this office through an immigration help group and I could not be more pleased with finding Kathleen. She was very personable with us, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a lawyer her communication was outstanding, as well as taking the time to listen to our situation and story, she is truly a person we will never forget and can’t thank enough as she has made this process so easy for us, and it could not have worked out better. I am beyond grateful for her help and guidance. I don’t know where we would be at without her. I highly recommend!

Citizenship case

My dad needed to get some court documents for his citizenship. The USCIS gave us a month to obtain the documents. The problem is, they requested documents from the time my dad lived in Michigan but we live in San Francisco, CA now. We decided to hire Katie to help us with getting the court documents... and knowing how slow it is to get documents from the court, it was a long shot in getting them in time. However, Katie and her team jumped right into helping us and was able to get the documents and mailed to USCIS with 1 day left before the deadline! My dad has now taken his oath ceremony and is now a US citizen! If you need help with your citizenship case, you should definitely hire Katie, you will not regret it. Thank you so much Katie! You are the best!
