Justice!!

As a Business Owner, it is disappointing when you work closely with employees and they leave your company and take some of your clients with them. Even when you protect yourself with signed "non-solicitation" agreements, it seems the employer always loses!!! From the beginning of our case John prov...ided expert advise on how to proceed while keeping the fees as low as possible. He offered suggestions and helped us develop our strategy, filed complaints, masterfully prepared for depositions and kept the pressure on to get us a fair and quick settlement. Thanks John (from all the employers out there who deserved a win)

Poor results

John was referred to me in house by another lawyer who did not do court litigation. I met with him along with my accountant multiple times to explain the excel spread sheets at a high cost to myself. When I went to Facilitation I asked John if we should meet up before or if he wanted me to take any... information to the meeting. He said we can meet 15 minutes prior to and I did not have to take anything as he has copies of everything we need. When John tried to explain our case he was unorganized and poorly prepared for the meeting. You only have a short window of time to explain your case and John could not find any of the material the Judge was asking for. I had to go out to my car to obtain it and by the time we met back up John still could not explain the material. I ended up settling for more than I should have weighing the money I gave up to settle vs what bringing a new lawyer into the case would cost me.
