Bruce L. Townley

I can’t say enough about Bruce Townley! AMAZING!!!! I am the type of person who likes to stay In my lane when I am not familiar with a situation. I had a real-estate issue with a condo I own and it unfortunately involved family members which made everything even more stressful and sensitive. This was... definitely a situation I did not want to handle myself. I was looking for a confident lawyer who I could trust to just take the reins and handle business for me. Man did I make the perfect choice. Bruce is a very intelligent lawyer and knows exactly what he is talking about. Every time a situation occurred he would tell me what he thought the out come would be and he was always spot on. He never left me hanging and was always available in a timely manner to answer any questions and put me at ease. One of the best things about Bruce is that he would always give me several different options and things we could do and then He would break each option down. He would explain how he felt each option would turn out and how costly or cost effective it may be. I felt that he was very fair in explaining to me what the best options were to not only get me to the outcome I wanted but also to keep the cost as low as possible as having a lawyer is always expensive . Bottom line if you are looking for a confident lawyer, Someone who will not make you look stupid in court, someone who will fight for you to the end, someone who can stand their ground and face off against the other sides lawyers with out ever backing down, someone who is reliable, and someone who you can count on to put you at ease and make sure your journey through the courts goes as smooth and easy as possible then you are going to want BRUCE TOWNLEY. I am very happy and so grateful to Bruce for getting me the outcome I wanted. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

Called office number listed online, he answered and I gave him details of my situation (which is what any new potential client would need to do), and he ends the conversation extremely rude by saying, “it took you 16 min to answer one simple question (in which I answered in beginning of call and said... the ink was a bit worn off of the contract/receipt), and for that I’ll have to tell you it’ll cost this and cost that” and repeatedly kept talking down to me and treating me like some idiot for wasting his time. There’s no way I would ever suggest this attorney or use him myself. He’s arrogant and rude and that was the one and only time I’ve ever talked with him. Be prepared for a rude person if you call Mr. Townley. Highly disappointed.

All front and no back! Paid this man good money to help out a friend who was facing eviction from her apartment. He gave a real good sales pitch over the phone telling her that she had a real good chance of having the case dismissed in court. We meet this man in is office, only to be told that we had... to pay $1,600.00 first before he would talk to us. He lied to us because when she got to court, he wouldn't even fight the case that he said was winnable. My friend didn't get evicted; however, she has to move out within 60 days. Worst money I ever spent on an attorney. He really should go back to being a public defender. This attorney is just about billable hours, he doesn't care about his client's. He only wants to bill them $400.00 an hour.

I was in a horrible situation where not only I but my dog as well were illegal tenants dog on two separate occasions, the landlord had said they'd get rid of them within 48 hours but within 30 days later it never happened. Several days later his sister whom also was illegally living in the unit assa...ulted me by striking me across the back of my head and threatened to slit my throat. Needless-to-mention I made a police report and immediately left my home of 3.5 years in order to remain safe. I am only a renter and have been failed by landlord repeatedly, they don't even return my calls or requests for fixes. Mr Townley's advice to me on the matter was useful, informative and I'd strongly recommend him for your matters.
