Mr. McKenna has been practicing as a personal injury trial lawyer for nearly 25 years.
He has successfully tried several multi-million dollar cases to verdict in Michigan and Utah. Mr. McKenna aggressively pursues the interests of all his clients and will only settle claims when he and his clients are satisfied with the result. Mr. McKenna is involved with large No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, some going back to the 1970's. He also represents clients who have suffered serious personal injuries from accidents, falls, and other peoples negligence. He has been actively involved with the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) and the American Association for Justice(AAJ). He has successfully argued appeals for his clients in the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court. He is admitted in the Federal Eastern District for Michigan and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cinncinati, Ohio. He has also argued succesfully for his clients in the Federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
