Awful Attorney. Takes you money and bills for legal items not performed and is hours late for meetings and then tells you he hasd another meeting and only gives you 15 minutes but bills for hours. Very rude. Bills routinely contain many billing items that never happened such as meetings, filings, p...hone calls etc. He is not a nice man at all. Does not care about you. If you questions him, he will treat you very badly. Does not care about your case, only cares about being a money mill.

A bankruptcy ruling was made with out my notification. The property was turned over to a legal firm trying to get money from me that wasnt my bankruptcy dept. Attorney Bigelman not only saved my home from illegal posession and sale but got the dept dismissed very quickly. 5 other attorneys declined... to take on this case but Attorney Bigelman got the job done unbeliveabley fast! He is a fantastic and personable Attorney!! I wouldnt recommend anyone else!
