Fight back! They are depending on you not to!

Beware and fight back! I was injured in a car accident and the city of Southfield Ambulance had to take me to the hospital. My Insurance Co. was supposed to be billed for my ride. Instead there was an error and I had moved and they claimed they had “served” me and got a default judgment. I did... not realize this until I saw it on my credit report and I sent them two letters before they finally responded that they had gotten a default judgment on my address that I had not lived at in over 2 years. I provided all my updated information in the 2 letters I sent. When I called they still did not have the Arbor Professionals still did not have the correct address. They informed me I needed to call Winters and Associates. I did and Karen…yes her name really was Karen yelled and screamed at me on a recorded line that I had to take this up with the court. They “had a judgment” and it was the courts issue now. Well Arbor collections is still reporting the debt. Susan Winters office has “Karen” the idiot screaming instead of trying to resolve the situation. So the only answer is use the law. Bothe Arbor Professionals and Winters and associates have violated several laws and will be held accountable in this instance. Do the same. Don’t let there rude?yelling, screaming, asinine behavior intimidate you…it is nothing but lame tactics. Fight back. What they are doing they have to be held accountable for. They depend on the fact that you won’t fight back. For me it is a very small amount of money. I will spend more than the debt in order to make sure that they are held accountable. Susan Winters- you are pathetic…this is a pathetic way to make a living…and you won’t be doing it much longer.
