Beware and fight back! I was injured in a car accident and the city of Southfield Ambulance had to take me to the hospital. My Insurance Co. was supposed to be billed for my ride. Instead there was an error and I had moved and they claimed they had “served” me and got a default judgment. I did... not realize this until I saw it on my credit report and I sent them two letters before they finally responded that they had gotten a default judgment on my address that I had not lived at in over 2 years. I provided all my updated information in the 2 letters I sent. When I called they still did not have the Arbor Professionals still did not have the correct address. They informed me I needed to call Winters and Associates. I did and Karen…yes her name really was Karen yelled and screamed at me on a recorded line that I had to take this up with the court. They “had a judgment” and it was the courts issue now. Well Arbor collections is still reporting the debt. Susan Winters office has “Karen” the idiot screaming instead of trying to resolve the situation. So the only answer is use the law. Bothe Arbor Professionals and Winters and associates have violated several laws and will be held accountable in this instance. Do the same. Don’t let there rude?yelling,screaming,asinine behavior intimidate you…it is nothing but lame tactics. Fight back. What they are doing they have to be held accountable for. They depend on the fact that you won’t fight back. For me it is a very small amount of money. I will spend more than the debt in order to make sure that they are held accountable. Susan Winters- you are pathetic…this is a pathetic way to make a living…and you won’t be doing it much longer.

I understand where this is coming from, but whenever I tried to contact this office, I was only contacted twice by Debrah... I tried to work out a payment plan, but was unable to hand over a bank account number and I got about a month later, after I had called and my attorney had called, neither tim...e did I get a response until I called myself multiple times, even then, she was blunt, unforgiving and pretty jack booting cut throat pirate like pretty much every cut rate "give me or else" collection company, honestly, if I could, I would disbar her for even lending her name to a firm like this... There was no communication... Which lead me to have no chance to defend myself or my position to a judge, just as Im sure they wanted it.

When sent information for debt. Called the very next day spoke with woman who was very helpful i Paid in full. After 3 weeks of bank hold called office i spoke with Eileen and also Michelle who both were very rude. The office sent wrong paperwork to court and was unwilling to fax the right one so tha...t i could get the hold of 3 weeks off my bank account. I corrected my error but they Did Not.

As a debt collection agency this group needs to do better keeping debtors informed of the current balance owed. No paperwork is sent out - except for the court summons. When discussin on the phone they were condenscending and cold. Of course making payments on time is my responsibility, but working t...o help resolve the issue can be better handled.
