I was in need of legal representation in an alcohol-related case so I called upon Attorney Randy Lewis for his help.
My case was a very complex and needed a great deal of attention to all the details and evidence. Mr. Lewis and his law firm worked incessantly to review all the facts in their attempt to help me resolve the matter and were not satisfied until they found every detail in their effort to do just that.
I was treated and represented as if I was a family member. And as I believe you will find, that Attorney Randy Lewis, his Law Firm and each of his kind staff are so caring, it’s much more than just business with each of these fine people.
My case was dismissed and I cannot find the words meaningful enough to say thank you so much for all the help and being there for me during that difficult time.
Let me say this… In my opinion, Mr. Lewis is by far one of the finest Attorneys, not only in this State but perhaps the entire Country.
Thank you again!

I was in a massive amount of trouble recently and Mr. Lewis was able to have all the charges dropped despite me having previous incidents. He is by far the best lawyer I have dealt with.

WOW - is all I can say. I could not be happier with the results that Randy and his team were able to achieve for me. With only 2 months left of a harrowing 18 month probation sentence, I was facing a violation due to a faulty Soberlink device that said I was more than 3x the legal limit when, in reality, I hadn't had a single drop of alcohol in more than a year and a half. To make matters worse, I received a 2nd violation while out on bond for missing one of my test times by more than an hour. Now, instead of 30 days in jail, probation was recommending 60. Although I was facing false accusations regarding alcohol consumption, I had no leg to stand on regarding the late test. I was in dire straights. When we arrived in court, Randy warned me that we were fighting an uphill battle. But, that didn't stop him from going to work. He must have been in with the prosecutor for at least an hour (as I was a complete mess in the hallway) before he came out to tell me the good news - and to give me the proverbial "fist bump". The result? 2 WAM days, no jail time, and I could still finish probation this February? I was ecstatic. But... the good news doesn't stop there. Once in front of the Judge, Randy continued to work. As a result, the Judge not only removed the WAM requirement, but she shortened the amount of time I would be required to test (on this God forsaken device) by more than 30 days. I was speechless. Talk about a bulldog! Words can not express how thankful I am. I'd also like to give special thanks to his partner Loren and his assistant Katie, for all their diligence and help in preparing my case. (They are the perfect combination of business and therapy!) If you're in a similar position and are still considering other firms - don't bother. This is THE team. Thanks again Lewis & Dickstein. I'm one happy camper. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your firm to anyone in need of representation. I'm in the home stretch! And thanks to you, I've regained some of my sanity.

When mr. Lewis and i first spoke he said he was going to keep me out of jail. Its not that i didn't believe him but keeping me out of jail was going to he a daunting task. I was charged as a fourth habitual and i violated my conditions of bond. Mr. Lewis went above and beyond what most lawyer's are capable of. Im currently on my way home from the courthouse and true to his initial word he kept me out of jail. If your facing some serious legal ramifications like i was i highly recommend Mr. Randall Lewis

Randy helped me with false allegation of a CSC case. He knew exactly what steps to take and how to handle the case very early on. Due to his tenacity, no charges were filed. He is an amazing and powerful attorney and I would recommend him to anyone facing any serious criminal charges.

Thank you to Attorney Lewis. I was arrested for my first OWI offense as well as a weapon’s charge. Randy was fantastic from the start. Being that I had never been in trouble with the law before it was quite a freighting experience in the beginning but Randy was always there re-assuring me that everything was being handled properly and under control. I had contacted a couple of other lawyers before him who left me with an uneasy and unsure feeling on the outcome, however Randy was straight down to business and gave me the confidence I needed to battle through this. Randy was not afraid to fight for me. He was honest throughout the whole process and a man of his word. Randy and his team were always available to address my questions. With everything that I was facing the outcome was the best I could have hoped for! Thank you for your confidence and professionalism! I highly recommend his services to anyone who finds themselves in a legal bind.

I was facing yet another DWLS to add to my collection and multiple probation violations. I knew i was going to jail, the judge had told me point blank 90 DAYS! My probation officer wrote a horrible report about me and strongly recommended incarceration. When the cops came into the courtroom cuffs in hand I felt doomed but that's when Randy went into action!
The courtroom scene is a game and Randy is a master player of it. He makes it a point to say hello to everyone who works there and have a great repore with them.
He is very precise, well spoken and isn't afraid to fight for your benefit!
Oh yeah, remember that DWLS? Gone!! fines and cost.
Remember me being hauled off to jail in those cuffs?
Well not only did i strut out of that courtroom a free man but Randy also got the last six months of my probation TERMINATED!!!!
If your in trouble, call my friend Randy to fight for you.

Helped me get my drivers license back after 9 years and multiple denials from the state of Michigan when I applied on my own. Well worth every dollar. I got my license fully reinstated with no restrictions. Also helped me over the phone as I now in Kentucky. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

Randy got my cases dismissed on 4.23.14. I was being charged for driving the influence of marijuana though I had a valid medical marijuana card. This is my story. On 7.14.11 I was pulled over in Highland MI for running a yellow light(not a crime). The officer proceeded unlawfully and accused me of smoking and driving (total bs) I went to jail for 5 hours and was released. I thought nothing would come of this because I knew I did nothing wrong. Almost 3 years later I was hired by an accounting firm and they ran a background check on my name and found a warrant for the night of 7.14.11. I did a very detailed background on many lawyers and Randy was clearly the best choice. Randy went to work for me right away. I never have seen a prosecutor look so stupid in my life but that is what Randy brought to the table. He made sure that my case was dismissed and it was. Randy is a realist and never, NOT ONCE gave me bad advice. Randy and his team were nice, professional, and understanding. Hiring Randy was the best choice I made. 10/10 without a doubt. Do your self a favor if you are being charged with any crime and you feel you are being treated unfairly by the state of michigan. HIRE RANDY. I will be recommending him to anyone I come across that needs an Attorney . I am a real person. I am a 25 year old Male that lives in Ann Arbor MI.
