Erica Cicchelli

I hired Ms. Cicchelli to handle my divorce. She was very knowledgeable about the best outcome for my situation, however it quickly became evident that she did not have an assistant to help but she assured me it would not hinder her service, it did, phone calls were not answered and texts were respond...ed to days later. She gave us the wrong final divorce date (a day later) and the wrong instructions on how to contact the court for the zoom session. She was also late for the final divorce with the judge and one of her cases was pushed back until she appeared via zoom. I would not recommend to represent but her initial consult was informative.

After giving erica $1500 she didn't show up for our court case. Sent someone else that we didn't know and never gave us a heads up. Her response to the case was terrible that I wouldn't sign it. She never filed any paperwork with the court at all. Hired a new lawyer who said my case was a couple ...day from being dismissed for non reply. She had no problem taking our money though.

I normally don't write reviews, but after having Attorney Cicchelli represent me in my very messy divorce case, I felt that I should write one. I was going through my divorce case that lasted for a very long time due to my ex fighting me on every single issue. I must say that Attorney Cicchelli was ...there for me every step of the way. I don't know much about court stuff, but Attorney Cicchelli and her staff were able to walk me through every step on what i needed to do and she made sure I fully understood what was going on. I'm so blessed to have found Attorney Cicchelli and in the long run it was worth every penny. Thank you for all you have done for me. If I ever have any legal matter that I need help with I am differently coming back to your firm.

Erica Cicchelli was awesome. I was at a point in my life where I was drowning in debt and the thought of even considering bankruptcy was mortifying. Erica took the time to educate and explain the bankruptcy process to me. I was very intimidated and as I went through the process it was virtually pai...nless and I have regained my life back. Erica's compassion, knowledge and patience really helped me through a very difficult time. I hope that I never need to hire a lawyer again, but if I do, Erica Cicchelli would be the lawyer I would turn to.

I highly recommend hiring Erica Cicchelli to represent you in any type of legal matter but particularly in a divorce custody matter. She represented me in a very contentious custody fight.
