Erica Cicchelli

I hired Ms. Cicchelli to handle my divorce. She was very knowledgeable about the best outcome for my situation, however it quickly became evident that she did not have an assistant to help but she assured me it would not hinder her service, it did, phone calls were not answered and texts were respond...ed to days later. She gave us the wrong final divorce date (a day later) and the wrong instructions on how to contact the court for the zoom session. She was also late for the final divorce with the judge and one of her cases was pushed back until she appeared via zoom. I would not recommend to represent but her initial consult was informative.

After giving erica $1500 she didn't show up for our court case. Sent someone else that we didn't know and never gave us a heads up. Her response to the case was terrible that I wouldn't sign it. She never filed any paperwork with the court at all. Hired a new lawyer who said my case was a couple ...day from being dismissed for non reply. She had no problem taking our money though.

I hired Mrs. Cicchelli for a charge my son had. Mrs. Cicchelli was very professional to both my son and I. He had to appear in court 3 times and each time his lawyer was on time gave him good clear understanding of his actions and how she can work with him for the best possible results. Her records ...were kept organized and her office staff always was very responsive in a timely manner.
