Unprofessional
I was sent a settlement offer. Mr. Frankie told me to create a counteroffer. I did. I sent it to him. I reached out to Mr. Frankie 1 week after my counter was due. He told me that he did not send it. He assisted in ruining my life. Totally unprofessional. Poor communication skills. Very unor...

Research him before you hire him.
Did not help my case. Not work into my case - did not return phone calls. I should have research him- I did after I obtained him- if I had- I would have NOT ever hired him. It was a waste of time.
