Willard C Ducharme

I hired Willard Ducharme based on recommendations from some others who had used him earlier for real estate tenant management. My need was the same. I found Will to be quite knowledgeabl when it came to the law but that was where his effectiveness in dealing with tenants ended. I found that I had to ...constantly push Will to do the next thing and think through alternative actions and routes to get my tenants evicted. It seems like he just wanted to go through all the allowable motions of the law instead of working through them quickly to get to the eviction point. After nearly a few months, I dropped him and went to another lawyer, who was much faster and took charge. She got my eviction completed within an additional month.
