I used off the record to fight a speeding ticket and they assigned my case to Paul and he did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the same position.

Landlord Tenant Eviction
Paul really helped me with a difficult situation in 2019. I had a few homes that I rented to tenants. I thought I did a good job of interviewing potential tenants. And then I had some real doozies. Partying, disturbing the peace, Neighbors complaining. Then they stop paying their rent After a few months of struggling on my own to get the rent, I called on Paul Spaniolo. He was recommended to me by a friend. He not only got me the rent that was owed, he was able to get the tenants evicted. Thank you Paul, for helping resolve that nightmare!

Thorough Bankruptcy Attorney Who really cares !
Paul worked on my bankruptcy in 2013, He is very thorough and met with me several times to make sure I had all the information. He was very encouraging during a difficult time. He is really down to earth and makes you feel comfortable.

Paul is a great attorney! He worked with me on a Bankruptcy case and he truly cared about helping me out. Someone you can Trust
After my divorce, I had a complex bankruptcy filing situation where during that time I was working in one State and supporting my family and older mother in a different State. Mr. Spaniolo represented me and filed my bankruptcy, and guided me every step of the way. He kept me informed, he is a very professional and trustworthy attorney. He was responsive to my questions and at the same time providing the court with all necessary and legal documents in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend Mr. Paul Spaniolo with no reservations.

Call Paul to have your legal issue put to rest
I have used Paul Spaniolo in 4 different situations. The last two, a landlord / Tennant case and a litigation case were both handled with the care that I expect to get the matter resolved. I have a lot going on and it is nice when Paul steps in and takes care of the business that needs to be taken care of - piece of mind is another reason to work with Paul. From his consulting, to negotiations, to drafting the documents and completing the deals - I was alway well taken care of. I will continue to use Paul and I refer him to my friends and family.
