NO Communication
This attorney represented me in a criminal matter. He was NEVER available to meet me during my case. He NEVER answered a single phone call, message, or voicemail from me during my case. He NEVER returned a text, or a phone call during my case. There were times when I actually wondered if he was dead....

Thirty-six (36!!) years of experience, at least 250 CAPITAL jury trials, and as you may have noted, only 3.5 out of four stars under "experience." That certainly confused me, as I have for my 11 years experience a solid 3 stars. So, confused, I ran the name of a kid I know who has three years of experience. He KICKED Mitch's butt in that category with a solid 3.5 stars experience after being in the business less than 10% of the time!! OH! Ten minutes in the business kid afraid of his own shadow (I didn't mention that earlier but he is exactly that) = AVVO TEN!!! ELITE lawyer in same category a 6.6. AVVO is a joke - if this story has not yet made that clear."
