This attorney represented me in a criminal matter. He was NEVER available to meet me during my case. He NEVER answered a single phone call, message, or voicemail from me during my case. He NEVER returned a text, or a phone call during my case. There were times when I actually wondered if he was dead. I didn't understand how someone that I was paying a LOT of money to defend me, at one of the most serious, and stressful times in my life could be so unprofessional, and heartless as to not contact me a single time to discuss my case, my concerns, or anything else. I would definitely NOT recommend this attorney to anyone that likes to communicate with their lawyer. The only time I EVER communicated with him was in the courtroom, during scheduled appearances. He stressed me out far more than the actual proceedings during my case did. I'm so glad to be done with him.

Mitch and Jerry are WONDFUL lawyers. They are very educated in the law and they have been involoved in the court system for numerous years. Their knowledge and contacts are WELL worth the expense. I would highly suggest you contact them if you are in trouble!!
John Angott, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Mitch is without question one of the very few proven ELITE criminal defense attorneys in Michigan. These geniuses at AVVO have Mitch rated as a "good" attorney. Thirty-six (36!!) years of experience, at least 250 CAPITAL jury trials, and as you may have noted, only 3.5 out of four stars under "experience." That certainly confused me, as I have for my 11 years experience a solid 3 stars. So, confused, I ran the name of a kid I know who has three years of experience. He KICKED Mitch's butt in that category with a solid 3.5 stars experience after being in the business less than 10% of the time!! OH! And the kid has done MAYBE TWO misdemeanor trials in his life, AND HE IS RATED ... wait for it ... a TEN!!! A "SUPERB" AVVO LAYWER!! Mitch = AVVO 6.6. Ten minutes in the business kid afraid of his own shadow (I didn't mention that earlier but he is exactly that) = AVVO TEN!!! ELITE lawyer in same category a 6.6. AVVO is a joke - if this story has not yet made that clear.
