Nicole was born in Port Huron, Michigan, but was raised for a majority of her young life in Simi Valley, California. Her family returned to Michigan in 1988 and she graduated from Michigan State University in 1994 and Thomas Cooley law School in 1998. Nicole and her husband, Shawn, live in Marysville and they have three children. The Winston family loves baseball/softball and all competitive sports. While the Winston kids have grown up since first starting at RPW- Nicole and Shawn are proud of their 3 children for seeking out their own passions. Hannah is now 23 years old and in graduate school at the Peabody Conservatory where she is studying Vocal Performance-Opera. Meghan is now 20, and studying legal studies and playing college volleyball at Lake Forest College just north of Chicago, Illinois. Zachary is now 18 years old and preparing to graduate from high school in the spring of 2025. Zack plans on attensding SC4 and playing college baseball.
