Dedicated to each and every individual client
Lincoln Herweyer is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met in my entire life. On top of that, he is honest, dedicated, and has a work ethic that could be considered OCD. If you're frusturated in trying to find a lawyer who will put his client's interests first, look no further. This man knows case law better than entire firms combined. It is his hobby, his passion, and his life, along with his two daughters.

Brilliant Appellate Mind
Lincoln was the intellectual engine behind the appeal of my father's case, Angott v Chubb Group Insurance. His research and writing skills enabled the "little guy" to attain the just result, despite the very deep pockets of the insurance giant. I am in this lawyer business. I am not easily impressed. I read Lincoln's brief and knew immediately, win or lose, my father's position could not have been more thoroughly represented. His work created law, and that is impressive. I must give the highest recommendation for Lincoln G Herweyer.

Relationship: Supervised lawyer
"There is no better in the State of Michigan. As a civil litigator, when Lincoln and I were members of the same firm, I turned to him with tough appellate issues, knowing his academic and practice background with the Michigan Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. He is the go-to guy and is extremely skilled in strategizing, fashioning argument and finding case and statutory law to support complex, but winning, arguments. Skills like his are extremely important, after the trial court successes, when the losing party wants appellate review."
