Biography
I no longer retain clients, as I handle criminal appellate appointment cases.
I've been practicing criminal defense since 2009, predominantly through court-appointed cases in Macomb County for felonies 5 years or less. I have defended clients in the District Courts as well, including 36th District in Detroit; 41-A in Sterling Heights; 41-B District in Clinton Township; and many others.
I defended and successfully prevented a Parole Violation in 2010.
I intentionally keep my case rate low to focus my attention on my clients' matters.

Trademark/Copyright Issues
I contacted Mike regarding trademark/copyright issues I was struggling with for an unpublished short story I'd written. I'd done some research on my own but the results proved contradictory.
