When I started this journey I thought getting my license back was overwhelming. Such a huge hill to climb! I called the office and talked to Ann. Talking to her gave me confidence and put me in the right frame of mind. I thought, at that point, I would never drive again(legally anyway). So I wen...t through the motions. I met with Tonya one of the lawyers and paid some money. Still I had doubts. I met with Kari and had my evaluation which went well I guess. The whole time I was thinking “how come nobody is calling me or asking me questions or anything”. I realize now that this whole process happens way before you ever see the hearing officer. They set all the pieces in place and I got my license back. I haven’t driven in 13 years. I am very grateful to everyone at Randa Law for their help. After researching extensively for license restoration attorneys in Michigan I decided I wanted to find the best. I know I researched dozens of offices. This is where the Jeffrey Randa office came in. He wasnt even the closest or most convenient for me. I kept finding articles online from him and real...ized he had a GUARANTEE. I would only pay him once. Even so, I somewhat thought it was just words to get clients. WRONG! He does that because they screen their clients to a point that if he represents you at your hearing YOU WILL WIN. It's that simple. I won my license back. Call them up and explain your particular details. You MUST be honest. In turn they will honestly tell you your chances or how ready you are. He is a little more expensive than some others. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you hire this office and they take your case you're getting your license back. I've been without one for 17 YEARS. I received a decision 6 days after my hearing and even as ready as I felt I was, I am still in shock that I finally have one again. In a day and age of sales gimmicks and smooth talking attorneys, it's very nice that an office like this still exists. It isnt just Jeff, his staff is just as good. His assistant Ann is very educated on this as well. My hearing was right before the holidays so I was represented by an associate attorney named Tanya. VERY thorough and VERY smart. I dont write many reviews but when they are as well deserved as this, they earn my time. If you've read this far you're obviously serious about getting back on the road LEGALLY with a license in your wallet. Do yourself a favor and call their office. They have payment options. I put it off for far too long myself but I earned it and will cherish it this time around. Thank you so much Jeffrey J. Randa & Associates. Majority of the staff I dealt with were rude right from the beginning. Should have looked around more and did my research. On numerous occasions they lost track of my payments so I had to make sure I kept everything accurate for my record and theirs. Failed to keep active communication with me and up...date me on information I needed to know regarding my case. Every time I would call they would lack friendliness and professionalism. VERY unorganized and uninformative. I even had to pay my mailman to receive packets from them because they failed to pay enough postage....seriously?! As a paralegal graduate, they are everything they taught us not to do in school. Very very disappointed and I really have to blame myself for using their services. Would never recommend. Attorney told me one thing on my court date and weeks after the office called me and told me something different and said "oh....that was not covered in your fee agreement." Do yourself a favor and run from their office.

A few things that made my conversation with Mr. Randa, very unpleasant. Right off the bat he's nearly shouting, and only god know's why. Looking past his seemingly random demeanor, he continues to tell me that he can't help me, because he say's he is to far away. Right on the first page of his websi...te it clearly states, and is underlined, that "he win's back driver's licenses for client's that live ANYWHERE in Michigan". Why would he tell me I was to far away, when anyone with eyes would see he was lying? He GUARANTEE'S a win. Did my case sound like it was to difficult, when we discussed it on the phone? I don't know. One thing I do know, is that I wouldn't have lost any sleep if I had never spoken to Mr. Randa.

I found myself in a situation where after an evening celebrating promotions of co-workers, I decided I was fine to drive 4 miles to my girlfriend's house. Unfortunately, I took a turn too sharp and ended up totalling my vehicle and spent a night in jail. It was a huge mistake and an embarrassment. I ...didn't know what to do. Everything I read online had me convinced I would be spending more time in jail, losing my license, and in turn I would lose custody of my children, lose my job, house and everything else. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and based on my clean record, they convinced me that everything was going to be alright. I retained his services over the phone after a brief consultation. I completed a preemptive alcohol assessment by their suggestion, and provided his team of lawyers with a short bio of who I am and what I do. With this information, they were able to draft a favorable Deviation Request. I spent a few months fearful of the outcome of a potential trial. The expert staff of lawyers at the Randa law firm were very knowledgeable of the process and on a first name basis with the prosecutor, judge and court employees where my pre-trial was held. They're due diligence and hard work were successful as my deviation was accepted and I agreed upon a plea for Impaired Driving. This was the best possible outcome as I was able to admit my mistake and not have to spend time in jail, or lose my license. I was also spared from the embarrassment of being required to have an ignition lock on my family vehicle. I'd like to thank Jeffery Randa and especially his staff; Ann (who was always chill and made me feel relaxed), Tonya (whom I met with for my face-to-face consultation and wrote up the deviation), and Genevive (who expertly handled my case at the court and avoided going to trial by getting the deviation accepted the day of pre-trial). I'm very thankful for their understanding of how much this outcome meant to myself and my livelihood.
