Unprofessional

I wanted to hire this law firm but they wanted a third of the money down before me speaking to an attorney I'd be working with. They also refused to write out a contract, both Huge red flags!!! A trustworthy attorney will provide a written contract and let you talk to your actual attorney before taki...ng your money.

Our guarantee to win every case we file and our fee structure have been posted on our website for many, many years. I'm not aware of ANY other law office that posts its fees or how they're to be paid like we do. Fees and payments due are covered in the receipt we issue upon accepting a retainer, and showing the outstanding balance. Of course, we are legally BOUND by what we have up on our site. Whoever does the consultation and screening (legal assistant or attorney) determines if a person has the qualifications to win a license appeal or not. Once we have answered all of a person's questions, explained things, and determined that he or she meets the legal requirements for a winning license appeal, then the next step is to start working. And to be fair, we invite everyone to call around, compare lawyers, and to call us back as many times as they'd like. However, there does come a point where we've done enough consulting, screening, and answering all of a person's questions, and it becomes time to either begin working - or not.

Great lawyer

Jeff and his team did a great job getting me a restricted license.I came to Jeff after years of trying to get my drivers license back myself due to 2 drunk drivings and a ugly past.I would NOT recommend doing it by yourself, get with Jeff first and make sure you are honest with him.Jeff guarantees hi...s work so if it doesn't work out your way the first time he will do it over again for free.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

After researching extensively for license restoration attorneys in Michigan I decided I wanted to find the best. I know I researched dozens of offices. This is where the Jeffrey Randa office came in. He wasnt even the closest or most convenient for me. I kept finding articles online from him and real...ized he had a GUARANTEE. I would only pay him once. Even so, I somewhat thought it was just words to get clients. WRONG! He does that because they screen their clients to a point that if he represents you at your hearing YOU WILL WIN. It's that simple. I won my license back. Call them up and explain your particular details. You MUST be honest. In turn they will honestly tell you your chances or how ready you are. He is a little more expensive than some others. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you hire this office and they take your case you're getting your license back. I've been without one for 17 YEARS. I received a decision 6 days after my hearing and even as ready as I felt I was, I am still in shock that I finally have one again. In a day and age of sales gimmicks and smooth talking attorneys, it's very nice that an office like this still exists. It isnt just Jeff, his staff is just as good. His assistant Ann is very educated on this as well. My hearing was right before the holidays so I was represented by an associate attorney named Tanya. VERY thorough and VERY smart. I dont write many reviews but when they are as well deserved as this, they earn my time. If you've read this far you're obviously serious about getting back on the road LEGALLY with a license in your wallet. Do yourself a favor and call their office. They have payment options. I put it off for far too long myself but I earned it and will cherish it this time around. Thank you so much Jeffrey J. Randa & Associates. I am forever grateful for your honesty, integrity & expertise. Don't change a thing about your approach.

bad idea

Majority of the staff I dealt with were rude right from the beginning. Should have looked around more and did my research. On numerous occasions they lost track of my payments so I had to make sure I kept everything accurate for my record and theirs. Failed to keep active communication with me and up...date me on information I needed to know regarding my case. Every time I would call they would lack friendliness and professionalism. VERY unorganized and uninformative. I even had to pay my mailman to receive packets from them because they failed to pay enough postage....seriously?! As a paralegal graduate, they are everything they taught us not to do in school. Very very disappointed and I really have to blame myself for using their services. Would never recommend. Attorney told me one thing on my court date and weeks after the office called me and told me something different and said "oh....that was not covered in your fee agreement." Do yourself a favor and run from their office.

Anonymous, We have NEVER sent "packets" of any kind through the mail, and when we do send correspondence, it is weighed and metered before it goes out. Payments are double noted on both an intake log and then receipted. Our fee agreement covers every contingency, and is crystal clear. My staff is always friendly, and, if your statement that they "were rude right from the beginning" is true, why would you have used us?

Free at last!

After almost 17 years without my driving privlidge, I had almost given all hope of ever driving again. After a consultation with Mr. Randa I was convinced he could help me if I was in fact truly honest about being, and maintaining my sobriety. I won my hearing first time around and now starting my ow...n business next week! Thank you so much Mr. Randa. The best investment in faith and trust I have ever made in an individual.
