High BAC DWI With Property and Vehicle Damage

I found myself in a situation where after an evening celebrating promotions of co-workers, I decided I was fine to drive 4 miles to my girlfriend's house. Unfortunately, I took a turn too sharp and ended up totalling my vehicle and spent a night in jail. It was a huge mistake and an embarrassment. I ...didn't know what to do. Everything I read online had me convinced I would be spending more time in jail, losing my license, and in turn I would lose custody of my children, lose my job, house and everything else. I was devastated. I started my search for "best DUI lawyer in Macomb County". Jeffrey Randa came up as one of the top lawyers. He was initially my second choice until I started reading his blogs. He instantly struck a cord with me when I read how he handles cases based on admitting your mistakes and handling them accordingly, rather than what I read from other lawyers on how they "fight the system" for you. I'm the type of person that admits my mistakes and does what it takes to make things right. That's when I called his office. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and based on my clean record, they convinced me that everything was going to be alright. I retained his services over the phone after a brief consultation. I completed a preemptive alcohol assessment by their suggestion, and provided his team of lawyers with a short bio of who I am and what I do. With this information, they were able to draft a favorable Deviation Request. I spent a few months fearful of the outcome of a potential trial. The expert staff of lawyers at the Randa law firm were very knowledgeable of the process and on a first name basis with the prosecutor, judge and court employees where my pre-trial was held. They're due diligence and hard work were successful as my deviation was accepted and I agreed upon a plea for Impaired Driving. This was the best possible outcome as I was able to admit my mistake and not have to spend time in jail, or lose my license. I was also spared from the embarrassment of being required to have an ignition lock on my family vehicle. I'd like to thank Jeffery Randa and especially his staff; Ann (who was always chill and made me feel relaxed), Tonya (whom I met with for my face-to-face consultation and wrote up the deviation), and Genevive (who expertly handled my case at the court and avoided going to trial by getting the deviation accepted the day of pre-trial). I'm very thankful for their understanding of how much this outcome meant to myself and my livelihood.

job well done

Excellent team Jeffrey and his associates. First lawyer I have hired. The only thing I would suggest to the lawyer and his team is when you first go in to talk to them about license reinstatement. Is have a paper written with all or most of the steps. Either that is ask a lot of questions and ...take notes. Some things are time sensitive something I didn't know at the time and had to retake a drug test. You only have so long before the support letters expire. Other than that great job.

Jeffrey Randa review.

Jeffery and his staff did everything they said they would do. My case was won without a hitch. I highly recommend this Law Firm if you want a competent Lawyer who knows how to win.

Dependable!

Mr. Randa clearly knows what he is doing. He has represented a handful of my family members, and has always exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an attorney who spends time on your case and has a knowledgeable staff, Mr. Randa is the way to go.

Got Me Out Of A Jam!

I hired Jeffrey for a felony OWI charge and he got the felony dismissed and the charge knocked down to a misdemeanor. Every time I called the office his secretary explained what was going on. If I emailed him at night, before court he called me back, one time after 10 pm. Everyone in the court kne...w him and liked him and he shook more hands than a movie star. Whatever, he kept me out of jail and kept a felony off my record. He explained everything exactly the way it worked out. I can't imagine a better or nicer lawyer.
