I found myself in a situation where after an evening celebrating promotions of co-workers, I decided I was fine to drive 4 miles to my girlfriend's house. With this information, they were able to draft a favorable Deviation Request. I spent a few months fearful of the outcome of a potential trial. They're due diligence and hard work were successful as my deviation was accepted and I agreed upon a plea for Impaired Driving. I was also spared from the embarrassment of being required to have an ignition lock on my family vehicle. I'm very thankful for their understanding of how much this outcome meant to myself and my livelihood.

Excellent team Jeffrey and his associates. First lawyer I have hired. The only thing I would suggest to the lawyer and his team is when you first go in to talk to them about license reinstatement. Is have a paper written with all or most of the steps. Either that is ask a lot of questions and ...take notes. Some things are time sensitive something I didn't know at the time and had to retake a drug test. You only have so long before the support letters expire. Other than that great job.

I hired Jeffrey for a felony OWI charge and he got the felony dismissed and the charge knocked down to a misdemeanor. Every time I called the office his secretary explained what was going on. If I emailed him at night, before court he called me back, one time after 10 pm. Everyone in the court kne...w him and liked him and he shook more hands than a movie star.
