job well done

Excellent team Jeffrey and his associates. First lawyer I have hired. The only thing I would suggest to the lawyer and his team is when you first go in to talk to them about license reinstatement. Is have a paper written with all or most of the steps. Either that is ask a lot of questions and ...take notes. Some things are time sensitive something I didn't know at the time and had to retake a drug test. You only have so long before the support letters expire. Other than that great job.

Drivers License Restoration

Jeff was very trustworthy all throughout my case. He helped me get my drivers license and everything that him and his law office has promised to me. He walked me through each step of the process. He made sure I knew all of the information I needed to know related to my case. He helped answer any ques...tions I had in regards to my case. Overall, he is a great attorney who is full of knowledge and information on substance abuse and driver's license restoration process. He is also kind, has a great sense of humor and a high sucess rate!

I'm glad I was able to answer all your questions. Its important that my clients understand the process and that is why I take the extra time to walk each client through it. Congratulations on getting back on the road. I wish you all the best in the future.

Knowledgable, Friendly, and Determined

I hired Jeffrey Randa to help me with the Michigan driver's restoration process. My license had been revoked for years due to DUIs in my past, and I had also moved out of state. I hired Jeffrey based on online information as well as my communications with him. He has a educational online presence.... His blog contains pages and pages of information on driver's license laws in Michigan, addiction, as well as the process one undergoes in Michigan in the attempt to restore a license. Once hired, we went to work straight away. He has a rule to only take out-of-state cases if the client is willing to come back to Michigan for the hearing process. He also has a rule to only take cases where the client has achieved sobriety. I was willing to do what it took to get my license back. On the first visit, Jeffrey clearly defined what I was up against, and he clearly defined the objective and goals in presenting a case before the hearing officers at the driver's license hearing. He told me exactly what I needed to do, as well as what he was going to do to win the case. One of the requirements for a license restoration case in is to have letters of recommendation. Jeffrey explains that these are very important as they are evidence that a person is indeed living in the way they say they are living. Jeffrey has the client secure these from friends, family, and co-workers well ahead of time so that he may critic them and make suggestions to align them with hearing officer expectations. When it was finally time for my hearing, Jeffrey gave me an overview of the hearing officer I would be sitting with, as well as the types of questions he felt she would ask. He was spot on in his analysis. I felt prepared going into the hearing. With Jeffrey's help, my case was won right at the hearing. The hearing officer, after looking at the evidence and hearing my testimony, granted my license on the record right at the hearing! In many cases it will take a few weeks to a month to get a decision. I couldn't be happier. There was money involved, as there always is with these things, but placing your money in Jeffrey Randa if you are dealing with a driver's license restoration case is worth the cost, because he will get your license back.

Thank you for the great review Vaso. Sobriety is the key to a successful Michigan driver's license restoration. You did the hardest part when you stopped drinking.
