Henry E. Sarnacki

I was referred to Mr. Sarnacki by a good friend who used him for her divorce, her exact words were "you won't be disappointed, he is really good' and she was 100% correct. First off, Mr. Sarnacki was caring and very supportive not only initially, but throughout the entire process. My divorce, like ...most, was not easy and there were many times when I did not think it would ever end, but Henry was there every step of the way supporting me and assuring me that it would. He was generous with his time and took time to explain every aspect of the process. He was also very open and honest about the process and encouraged me to fight for what I was entitled to, even when I did not want to. We had to have a deposition with my ex husband and Henry managed that process with professionalism and made that process as comfortable as it could be. He was attentive and always responded within a reasonable time frame and his office support staff was also caring and very easy to work with. I am very happy that I hired Mr. Sarnacki and am very pleased with the outcome of my divorce. My divorce was a highly stressful time but I did not worry as I knew that Mr. Sarnacki had not only my best interests in mind, but my children as well. I would highly recommend Mr. Sarnacki to anyone who is looking for a divorce attorney. Henry handled my parents' estate better that I ever could have hoped. He was easy to contact, always returned calls and emails, and always obtained the correct answers for me. I had very difficult and involved estate issues that, at times, needed to be handled quickly. Henry got it all done, and done... correctly, to avoid future issues. My 9th grade grandson, AP Honor student, did a foolish act at school by tossing a paper poster to another boy in class, and this poster hit a female classmate. My grandson was sent to the office and suspended from school and told he could not attend the Freshman Farewell event that was scheduled f...or that same evening. This occurred at 2:00 pm and school was letting out at 3:00. This was certainly not a crisis in the grander scheme of things in life, but an important event for my grandson. I immediately called Henry's office, the secretary got Henry on the line, and Henry started outlining next steps. He said, he would called another attorney who specialized in Labor/Education issues. In about 20 minutes, Henry was calling me back with advice on how to handle the situation - with great information to bring with me as my daughter and I went to see the vice-principle. We arrived at the school - met with the vice-principle and I was able to relay Henry's advice. The vice-principle said he had reconsidered and would allow my grandson to attend the event and also the suspension was rescinded. Henry has been my family attorney for almost three decades - I trust his advice, his professionalism, and his quick response.

I was nominated to be a personal representative in a will and Henry guided me through the probate process, keeping me advised of my duties and preparing and filing all the required forms in a timely manner. Every time I had a question, he either had the answer or he looked it up and kept me on track.... The whole file was finished and closed in the least amount of time allowed by law.
