Henry E. Sarnacki

I hired Mr. Sarnacki in December, 2023, for what proved to be both a contentious divorce, capped with a criminal prosecution filing against (my now) ex-husband. Like most difficult and complicated divorces, this nine month period felt like an extremely long slog through the legal system. That said,... Mr. Sarnacki (figuratively) held my hand during the many legal filings, court dates, and legal maneuverings that advanced throughout the numerous months of my divorce. Mr. Sarnacki's acute flexibility throughout this process, as well as his calm, educated, and well versed demeanor, were an added bonus throughout this process. He, along with his Legal Assistant, Victoria, not only prioritized what is now, old-fashioned common sense along with judicial fact finding while navigating the legal proceedings, but he also insisted on treating the entire process with common decency, something that seemingly felt overwhelming when emotions ran high! If faced with yet another divorce (which will never happen), I would rehire Mr. Sarnacki in a heartbeat. Easily, the best divorce attorney in Michigan.

I was referred to Mr. Sarnacki by a good friend who used him for her divorce, her exact words were "you won't be disappointed, he is really good' and she was 100% correct. First off, Mr. Sarnacki was caring and very supportive not only initially, but throughout the entire process. My divorce, like ...most, was not easy and there were many times when I did not think it would ever end, but Henry was there every step of the way supporting me and assuring me that it would. He was generous with his time and took time to explain every aspect of the process. He was also very open and honest about the process and encouraged me to fight for what I was entitled to, even when I did not want to. We had to have a deposition with my ex husband and Henry managed that process with professionalism and made that process as comfortable as it could be. He was attentive and always responded within a reasonable time frame and his office support staff was also caring and very easy to work with. I am very happy that I hired Mr. Sarnacki and am very pleased with the outcome of my divorce. Henry represented me in my divorce. I was the plaintiff, and had no idea what to do, but from the first conversation I had with Henry, I felt like I wasn't alone. He had a very logical and reasonable approach to my case. Aside from his competence as an attorney, Henry was very calm and reassuring, an...d took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. He is very responsive, and I always heard from him the same day or the following day at the latest. He was present at both of the hearings for my case and I feel he represented me well. Since my divorce, I have had to contact him on a handful of occasions with follow-up issues related to my divorce.
