My goal is to understand and resolve clients' employment concerns through active listening, investigative research, and attentive communication. I strive to create relationships based on trust, professionalism, authenticity, and respect.
At Maddin Hauser Roth & Heller, I work with an exceptional team of attorneys, representing both employers and employees, to prepare legally compliant handbook policies, provide on-site employee and management training, advise regarding discipline and termination of employees, negotiate mutually beneficial resolutions to employment concerns, handle agency charges of discrimination and harassment, and respond to claims for unemployment insurance benefits.
My prior experience includes litigation of personal injury claims to determine risk and liability of insurance companies in first party, third party, and uninsured motorist no-fault cases. My pro bono experience includes participation in Common Ground's legal clinic and the Pro Bono Program through the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
