I had an impossible implied consent hearing coming up, for refusing the breathalyzer on a Super drunk Dui. These cops were out to push for the maximum of any and everything they could. I felt there was no way I was going to win this automatic one year license suspension. My initial meeting with Mr.... Awad and every meeting that followed, was the most professional experience with an attorney that I have ever had. In my line of business I interact with attorneys on a very regular basis, so I have hundreds to compare Mr. Awad to. His attention to detail, photographic memory and recall of case law, technicalities and workarounds, willingness to subpoena every piece of possible evidence, and leaving no stone unturned is unlike anything I have ever seen. It was unreal! I am completely in awe by this man and his excellence. He prepared so meticulously well and prepared me the same, that we went in ready for full out War. When we walked into this hearing, he spoke and looked like a million bucks. He is so well put together, that he really looked like he owned the place. But somehow his personality is such, that everyone just loves this man. This was really key for my case, because these cops were not playing games. Next thing I know Mr. Awad comes out of conference room and says they dropped the case. I looked at him and couldn't believe what I just heard. I couldn't believe that he won the case! I go into the room to finalize everything, and the cop is laughing and talking with Mr. Awad like he's happy to be the mans friend. Then after the case got finalized, the cop came up to me, smiles, gives me a handshake, wished me good luck with everything. It all just seemed surreal and I am so thankful. I just can't recommend this attorney enough! Thank you again so much Mr. Awad you saved my life's work and career. I would have lost everything had it not been for you.

Attorney Joe Awad is amazing! He helped me with a dui second offense case. Although we couldn't get the case thrown out he did get my sentencing reduced dramatically by talking with the judge before the judge decided to go with what the prosecution recommended. The judge listened and had leniency on... me and I was very grateful. He also helped me with my license appeal hearing due to the above mentioned case. He prepared me for the hearing and made sure we had all the proper documents and evidence needed to support my case and we won! The hearing officer made a decision on the spot (which is not very common) to grant me my license back. Granted I still have certain guidelines that I must follow and I will have to go back in a year to prove my case (hopefully for the last time) in order to get all restrictions removed and I will definitely be calling Attorney Joe Awad when we closer to that time. He also works with me with my payments which I also greatly appreciated. If you are in need of an attorney call Joe...trust me he's worth every penny!!!!
