He was appointed my case in November adjourned it over 13 times on pretense of obtaining dashcam. In March when judge refused any more adjournments he pulled me aside an informed me he had no defense for me an I must take plea or I will go to jail for 1 year.. before sentencing I filed motion to with...draw plea due to ineffective counsel. That’s when he rushes an files FOIA for dashcam. The judge who had a conflict of interest due to fact she recently committed hit an run an was under investigation by same people pursuing my case!!!
