Neda Mirafzali

I am an attorney practicing in Clark Hill, PLC's healthcare practice group in its Birmingham, Michigan office. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2007 and from Michigan State University College of Law in 2010. While in law school, I served as a Board Member of the Moot Court Trial Advocacy Board.  I also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Nancy G. Edmunds, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and worked as an intern for the Washtenaw County Public Defender's office.

I practice in all areas of health care law, assisting clients with transactional and corporate matters; representing providers and suppliers in health care litigation matters; providing counsel regarding compliance and reimbursement matters; and representing providers and suppliers in third party payor audit appeals.

I am a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.  I also serves as a Director of the Oakland County Bar Association's New Lawyers Committee and am an Associate with the Oakland County chapter of the American Inns of Court.
