Lied and told me I needed to be in the state in order to fight my charges( probably because she didn’t want to be bothered). Deb did not return phone calls, keep me up-to-date on any hearings, did not forward documents and could care less about my case. She only took the court appointed case because she can bill hours to the court and you have no idea or what she does and you can't challenge it. She is worthless. Do you... not use her for anything.

Deborah McKelvy can't get cases on her own and only gets court appointed cases because nobody wants her. She was appointed to my case and I was stuck with her. She didn't really care about helping just going through the motions. She didn't fight for me and I got a bad outcome from the judge. It s...eemed like the judge knew she didn't do her job to find out all the facts. If you get her try to change her.

Deborah has done nothing on our case. The court appointed her and she failed to investigate. We caught her not telling the truth several times and holds grudges very easy. If she doesn't like your attorney she will lie to the judge. She refused to investigate And would not write any reports, ...call my doctors and acted like she was the psychologist ! She doesn't care about children and their feelings. My daughter asked for 8 months to talk to her and she did nothing. My daughters have been suffering and feel punished. It is sad Deb Mckelvy doesn't help these children.
