Marcel Katz

I had Marcel for a D.U.I. He could never remember who I was when he did finally show up to court late,never knew when the court dates were, He didn't even show up to court on several occasions, Never once got a phone call returned in the entire year. Called for updates and what not close to 10 times... in the year and never once did he return the call. The judge himself visibly could not stand Marcel. Pleading guilty with no representation would have probably ended with less time.

I had Mr. Katz for my divorce. I missed a major hearing because HE DID NOT INFORM ME THAT I HAD TO BE PRESENT. He lost important paperwork. Needless to say I paid him a total of $5,00 and lost everything in my divorce and i am a woman. My ex husband got everything he wanted including the custody ...arrangement he wanted. I tried to tell everyone what a horrible parent he was. He ended up molesting our 4 year old daughter and committing suicide less than a year after our divorce was finalized...Thanks Marcel katz for your piss poor legal work.
