Former Chief Deputy Public Defender representing defendants charged with felonies. From 1996 to 2015 he primarily defended felony charges in the LaPorte Circuit Court. Beginning in 2016 he defended felony cases in LaPorte Superior Court #1.

Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney (Southern District of Indiana) representing defendants charged with federal crimes in federal court. He has represented defendants charged with drug crimes, conspiracy, wire fraud, kidnapping and ransom, gun and firearms charges as well as child pornography cases.

We hired Mr. Jones through a recommendation and I was satisfied with his assistance for my son. It was a residential entry case. Unfortunately the case dragged on for a full year outside of Mr. Jones' control. He submitted all requests in a timely manner and scheduled all hearings to resolve the case...

Best criminal defense attorney

Things were definitely handled with my best interest in mind. The time table ran a little long, but it was for the right reason and I was satisfied with how the whole plea agreement got finalized.
