Hired for legal services

Mr. Bottorff was referred for assistance with an appeal from an attorney in which I had been working with. He was very thorough and able to meet an emergent deadline. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain the law. He utilizes the newest technology to convey details of... a client's case during litigation or trial in assisting with presentation of a case. After reviewing the outcome of the appeal, I was encouraged to take a week to decide how I wished to continue with the case. i am glad that I did! it allowed me to research further cases in which he had represented in the public records. This helped with the decision to retain him as my attorney for pretrial services. I could not be more pleased with this decision. He is down to earth and easy to speak with and responds to questions or concerns in a timely matter. I am new to the judicial rhetoric and it is comforting to have an attorney on your side who is not afraid to go the extra mile. If you are in the Jeffersonville or Indiana area don't overlook Mr. Bottorff he provides excellent representation to his clients. He is a top notch attorney. I also like the fact that his contract for service is detailed so you are aware of possible extra cost. I am positive that he will be sought as one of the best! Hired for appeal, pretrial services, and potential trail in August 2017

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
