I hired Paige Gabhart to represent me in my divorce case. When I had the initial consultation, he seemed very knowledgeable and I thought he'd be a good attorney to represent me...I was wrong!! He's the most unprofessional, disrespectful individual I've ever met. He didn't do anything that he was s...upposed to do. I gave him information that would help the case, he never followed up. He wouldn't return my phone calls and only consulted with me the night BEFORE my mediation hearing. Due to his neglect for my case, I was served a contempt of court order. I had to hire a new attorney to get the contempt of court order be dropped. I would NEVER recommend Paige Gabhart to ANYONE!!! If you want to be treated with respect and want to win your case, don't hire Paige!!

Mr. Gabhart has handled two different traffic tickets for me and also more recently he handled a landlord dispute over a lease buyout and security deposit funds which should have been refunded. This case was fairly complicated as the landlord had filed suit against us after not being able to reach an... agreement. In all of these cases, Mr Gabhart was able to resolve the cases in a manner that we were very happy with and we would not have been able to achieve such favorable outcomes on our own. Mr Gabhart has always done better than I expected any attorney would be able to do. He called us on a Sunday evening when needed. He is very professional and with all of his experience I think that you couldn't do any better than Mr. Gabhart.
