Andrew Ralph Rutz

I was referred to Andrew in 2012 after two failed attempts with the VA regarding my husband's death, age 56, in 1998. He was a USAF retiree Vietnam, physically and psychologically ill. Upon learning approximately two years ago that my service-connected disability was incurable and progressive, I applied to the VA for compensation.
